Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual audited financial statements.
Coordinate with external auditors, legal, tax, and other stakeholders to run efficient audits.
Provide authoritative technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including M&A.
Research accounting literature and document conclusions in formal memos.
Monitor new accounting standards and advise on implementation impact.
