Qualifications

• CPA certification and/or eligibility is preferred.
• Extensive experience with U.S. GAAP and technical accounting.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex financial reporting environments.
• Experience supporting external audits and capital markets interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and issuance of annual and interim U.S. GAAP financial statements and disclosures.
• Oversee footnotes, MD&A, and reporting packages for lenders/investors.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
• Maintain consistency and transparency of financial disclosures across periods.
• Improve reporting processes, controls, and efficiency.
