Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2-4 years in an administrative role.
• Strong planning, organizing, and resource management within deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration across internal and external stakeholders; customer-service oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with social media and content creation valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fund development activities including program tours and events.
• Represent VOA at donor events, as needed.
• Manage internal communication plan and donor communications.
• Plan and run ER department meetings and track follow-up actions.
• Coordinate social media across locations and create graphics.
• Provide front desk coverage and professional service to visitors.
