VOA Mid-States is seeking an External Relations Coordinator in Louisville, KY to support philanthropic, marketing and community outreach initiatives. You will help manage donor relations, events, social media and internal communications across departments, building practical systems to advance the organization's mission.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, with strong collaboration and project coordination skills, capable of turning broad direction into concrete plans and meeting competing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2–4 years of office administration experience.
• Strong planning, organizing and resource management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva and Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Experience with donor relations, fundraising events, and social media is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate fund development activities including program tours and events.
• Represent VOA at donor events and assist in donor communications.
• Manage internal communication plans and quarterly ER meetings.
• Support marketing efforts, including social media coordination across locations.
• Provide front desk coverage and assist with event logistics and reporting.
