Kenvue Inc. is seeking an External Quality Co-op in Summit, NJ for Jan–Jun 2027. You will deliver real-time solutions, maintain KPI metrics, and gain exposure to a complex supply chain. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with internal and external partners.

The position offers hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, SAP/S4 Hana, and Smartsheet, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and product qualification activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum of 2 years of a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree program completed (Chemistry/Biology or Biological Sciences preferred).
• Eligible to complete a 6-month co-op in Summit, NJ Jan–Jun, Monday–Friday (40 hrs/wk).
• High level of organization in a dynamic environment.
• Desire to tackle problems with end-user focus.
• Strong professional communications with internal and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and publish key performance indicators for the team.
• Improve maintenance of third-party vendor lists.
• Increase efficiency using technology (Smartsheet, AI, Power BI, SAP/S4 Hana).
• Collect and review quality documentation (batch records, certificates of analysis/manufacture).
• Support master documentation data in hard and electronic form for compliance.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support qualification/validation activities for marketed products and new launches.
• Develop Power BI dashboards from External Quality data for real-time decisions.
