Job summary

Kenvue in Summit, NJ, is offering an Elevate Program Tech & Data Co-op to support QA, testing, and data insights. You will test Power BI dashboards, validate data quality, and document results with cross-functional teams.

You will learn how a global digital product advances from requirements to design, QA, release, and adoption, gaining hands-on experience with AI-enabled capabilities and consumer insights in a regulated consumer health environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with graduation Dec 2026–Jul 2029.
• Able to work full-time (40 hrs/week) Jan–Jun.
• GPA 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale).
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA and UAT testing for Elevate Power BI dashboards and chatbot capabilities.
• Create test scenarios, scripts, and defect docs.
• Validate dashboards meet business requirements and data accuracy.
• Reproduce issues, document bugs, and coordinate fixes.
• Assist with requirements gathering and functional docs.
• Support dashboard redesigns and new data integrations.
• Analyze results to identify usability gaps and improvements.
• Prepare status updates and release communications.
• Update user guides and training materials.
• Support training sessions and post-release support.
• Collaborate across teams to manage multiple priorities.
