You will support Portfolio Operations, data integrity in Power Apps, and develop dashboards with Power BI. You’ll work with Global Supply Chain Services and Digital & Data Analytics teams, gaining hands-on experience in analytics, project management, and cross-functional collaboration across Pharma, Medical Device, and Corporate

Qualifications

• Undergraduate freshman year required at an accredited university.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer/Software/Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• GPA of 3.4 or higher across coursework.
• Must not have conflicting summer internship or employment during contract dates.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency (Copilot required).
• Power Apps and Portfolio Management experience preferred.
• Power BI, Tableau, Dataverse and analytics tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills essential.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership abilities preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Supply Chain Services Portfolio Operations & Reporting.
• Assist with Power Apps Portfolio Management data integrity and user training.
• Perform Power BI analyses and visualizations for project portfolios.
• Contribute to the technology platform roadmap and analytics initiatives.
• Engage with cross-functional teams across pharmaceutical, medical device and corporate sectors.
