You will support external communications strategy across Consumer & Community Banking, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term growth, collaborating with Corporate Communications for consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in public relations, communications, or journalism in corporate or agency settings.
• Experience supporting integrated communications with earned media and executive engagements.
• Strong writing skills with experience creating executive materials and messaging.
• Experience supporting media relations and elevating brand or community impact.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with media monitoring, reporting and translating results into insights.
• Collaborative mindset across marketing, business, and communications teams.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute integrated earned media strategies and executive speaking engagements.
• Develop proactive narratives highlighting innovation, partnerships, product capabilities, and leadership across consumer and commercial segments.
• Draft high-quality communications materials including press releases and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency partners for alignment and disciplined execution.
• Support speaker preparation, materials development, and readiness for field-based teams.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
• Assist with proactive and reactive media engagement and issue management.
