You will conduct in‑person visits, document collection efforts on an iPad, negotiate payment arrangements, process payments, and repossess vehicles when authorized. A driver's license is required and English/Spanish proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of external collections and customer service experience.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve problems.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of financial products (personal loans, credit cards, auto loans) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers with delinquent accounts within the assigned route to collect payments and secure arrangements.
• Conduct in-person visits to customers’ addresses and document collection efforts on an iPad.
• Evaluate delinquency level and apply the appropriate collection strategy; authorize vehicle repossession when allowed.
• Meet unit performance metrics and support department initiatives.
