What You'll Do

• Connect with individuals and families to discuss their home care needs and guide them through available services
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners
• Visit clients to ensure they are receiving outstanding care and address any questions or concerns
• Partner with caregivers and office staff to coordinate services and provide a positive client experience
• Support new client onboarding and help ensure a smooth transition into care
• Participate in community outreach activities and represent Comfort Keepers at local networking events
• Keep client information organized and maintain accurate records
• Identify ways to improve client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships
• Communicate regularly with families and the care team to ensure quality service
• Represent Comfort Keepers with professionalism, compassion, and integrity

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Becoming a Comfort Keepers in-home caregiver is a great way to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families and to make a positive impact on your own life. The caregiver hiring process is designed to be simple and convenient for applicants.
