Comfort Keepers is seeking an External Client Care Coordinator to build lasting relationships with clients and families in Pottsville and surrounding communities. You will conduct in-home consultations, assess needs, and recommend services to support excellent client experiences.

The role focuses on coordinating care plans, caregiver schedules, and collaboration with office staff to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate documentation.
