Seen Health is looking for a highly organized Clinic Scheduler to ensure timely access to care through our external provider network. You will coordinate referrals, authorizations, and provider orders while connecting clinical teams, provider networks, health plans, and external providers.

Your work will focus on moving referrals forward, resolving barriers, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation, with a proactive approach to improving scheduling workflows and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare operations, referral coordination, or related field.
• Knowledge of referrals, orders, authorizations, and insurance processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive requests with accuracy.
• Strong communication with clinical teams and external providers.
• Proactive problem solver who improves processes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and cross-team coordination.
• Desk-based, coordination-focused role.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external referrals, authorizations, and appointments from start to finish.
• Review orders for completeness and resolve issues with clinical teams.
• Track authorization status and ensure timely referrals.
• Communicate with health plans and provider offices to resolve barriers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and systems.
• Serve as a connector between clinical teams, provider networks, and external providers.
• Identify gaps in access and help improve coordination of care.
• Own complex problems and drive practical solutions with cross-team collaboration.
