Briggs Roofing Company is seeking a Residential Sales Associate to manage a robust Idaho/Wyoming region. You will act as the principal consultant and brand ambassador, delivering climate-resilient exterior solutions to homeowners and driving revenue growth for our 42-year brand legacy.

You will conduct property consultations, build a strong sales pipeline, and coordinate site inspections. This full-time onsite role requires a valid driver’s license and offers a hybrid pay model with commissions

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Active and valid driver’s license to travel region.
• Flexibility to schedule evening client consultations.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience inputting field metrics via mobile software.

Responsibilities

• Aim to achieve an annual sales volume milestone of $1.25M and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Conduct multiple targeted residential property consultations weekly to secure high-value contracts.
• Cultivate a self-sustaining consumer sales pipeline with company leads.
• Perform site inspections to diagnose exterior vulnerabilities, wind stress, and storm damage.
• Create detailed scopes of work to ensure smooth handoffs to production teams.
• Log property metrics and CRM updates accurately and timely.
• Engage in ongoing training, seminars, and regional sales contests.
