Briggs Roofing Company is seeking a Residential Sales Associate to manage a robust regional territory across Idaho and Wyoming. You will act as the principal consultant and brand ambassador, driving revenue growth through high-performance exterior solutions for homeowners.

You will balance an hourly base with uncapped commissions, travel regionally, and participate in advanced product training while supporting holiday and weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Active valid driver's license required to travel regionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and adjust to homeowner availability.
• Strong personal communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfort with entering field metrics and using mobile software for sales logistics.

Responsibilities

• Achieve an annual sales volume milestone of $1.25M and maintain elite conversion rate.
• Conduct multiple residential consultations weekly to secure high-value contracts.
• Cultivate a self-sustaining consumer sales pipeline with qualified leads.
• Perform site inspections to diagnose exterior vulnerabilities and wind/storm damage.
• Draft comprehensive scopes of work to ensure smooth handoffs to production teams.
• Log property metrics, client communications, and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Engage in ongoing technical training, sales seminars, and regional contests.
