Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative in Boise, ID to identify leads, engage homeowners, and drive the full sales cycle from inspection to closing. This field-based, full-time role offers uncapped commission and comprehensive paid training.

You will knock on doors, present roof inspections, educate clients on insurance claims, and document activities in our mobile CRM, thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roof inspections and represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process.
• Maintain professional communication and document all activities in CRM.
