Job summary

Stratus, a national leader in brand implementation and maintenance, is seeking a Project Manager in Mentor, Ohio. You will support the Account Manager by developing and executing comprehensive plans for sign design, manufacturing, and installation, while hitting budget and gross margin targets.

You will collaborate with Art, Engineering, Manufacturing and Production Control, manage subcontractors, negotiate pricing, ensure timely installation, and prepare final billing packages for approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 1-3 years of project management experience in a multi-state or regional environment.
• Experience in sign manufacturing, construction trades, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, Sales, Production, Finance/Accounting, MIS) and external subcontractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for sign design, manufacturing, and installation.
• Collaborate with Art and Engineering to produce artwork and production approaches.
• Incorporate scope, pricing, and details into proposals or final bids for approval.
• Establish and update ERP database with project information.
