The role requires a valid driver’s license, DOT medical certification, and experience in landscaping; you must pass a DOT physical, read and communicate in English, and comply with OSHA/EPA regulations.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain medical certification.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in last 3 years.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Operate equipment and vehicles to complete landscaping tasks.
• Collaborate with associates to manage all exterior maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety, security and regulatory requirements (OSHA/EPA).
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations for DOT operations.
