Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI or reckless driving in last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years for commercial driving.
• No serious traffic violations in last 3 years for commercial driving.
• 2 years’ experience in landscaping/gardening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Work with associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols per corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
