Qualifications

• Age 21 or older and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to complete a DOT physical and obtain medical certification.
• 2 years’ landscaping/gardening experience (preferred).
• Clean driving record with no major violations in recent years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Follow safety, security and regulatory protocols including OSHA/EPA guidelines.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
