Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving in the last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years for CMV.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• 2 years’ experience in landscaping/gardening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas.
• Collaborate with associates on landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols per corporate policies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
