Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years (stated)
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain medical certification
• Read and communicate effectively in English
• Clean driving record with restrictions as specified
• 2 years’ landscaping experience
• No heavy penalties in the last 3 years for driving a CMV

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas
• Operate equipment and vehicles to complete tasks
• Collaborate with team to manage landscaping and exterior upkeep
• Adhere to safety, security, and regulatory requirements including OSHA/EPA
