Bright Brothers of Space City is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our exterior services and holiday lighting business. You will connect with homeowners and commercial clients, diagnosing needs and tailoring service solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in home services or similar field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person consultations with prospective clients to assess property needs and recommend service packages.
• Follow and present offerings using Bright Brothers training program.
• Build trust and rapport with clients through strong communication and a solutions-first approach.
• Generate leads through guerilla marketing strategies: flyers, yard signs and referral programs.
• Represent Bright Brothers at local networking groups to promote services and build community connections.
