Job summary

Walmart in Greensboro, NC is seeking a skilled Landscaping/Grounds Maintenance Associate to operate and maintain exterior facilities, execute seasonal upkeep, and support safety and environmental guidelines.

You'll coordinate with management and third-party providers, manage basic repairs, and help control costs while delivering reliable service to keep store grounds attractive and safe for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• No DUI/DWI, OUI, or reckless driving in the last 3 years.
• DOT physical and medical certification pre‑hire.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain landscaping, performing seasonal upkeep.
• Coordinate with management and third‑party providers to support work.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across grounds and facilities.
• Assist with budget development and basic purchases for materials.
