Job summary

Walmart in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance/Landscape Associate to manage department operations, perform seasonal exterior maintenance, and ensure a safe, clean work environment for associates.

The role requires at least 2 years in landscaping, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read and speak English. DOT physical may be required; teamwork and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• No DUI/DWI, OUI, or reckless driving in last 3 years for safety.
• DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation of a department.
• Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies and ethics.
• Assists management with corrective ethics and compliance issues.
• Performs seasonal exterior maintenance including snow and ice management.
• Operates heavy machinery and performs pre/post-operation safety checks.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for associates.
• Coordinates and takes vehicles for required maintenance.
