Job summary

Walmart seeks a Landscape Maintenance Associate in Dallas, TX to operate and maintain outdoor areas, drive heavy machinery, and manage seasonal landscaping tasks with a team. You will work to keep exteriors safe, clean, and well‑maintained to support store operations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and adherence to OSHA guidelines while delivering reliable service to customers and associates.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to read/speak English.
• Must pass DOT medical certification and maintain MEC card if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery and perform exterior maintenance.
• Coordinate with managers on budgets, parts, and replacements.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Provide customer service to facility users and resolve issues.
