Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass DOT physical and maintain MEC card.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing feedback and follow-up, and monitoring performance.
• Ensures safety and policy compliance; trains on procedures and monitors compliance.
• Operates heavy machinery and performs landscaping tasks such as cutting grass, pruning, weed management, and planting.
• Manages budgets, equipment, and supplies; coordinates with Home Office support and contractors to meet project needs.
