Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
DOT physical and MEC certification during pre-hire, and maintain MEC card.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass MEC/MVR.
No DUI/DWI or reckless driving within 3 years for CMV.
No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years for CMV.
No serious FMCSA violations in 3 years for CMV.
English reading/speaking required as per FMCSA 391.11(b)(2).
2 years’ experience in landscaping/gardening industry.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of exterior service technicians to ensure service delivery.
Train on processes, equipment usage and asset safety practices.
Perform landscaping tasks and supervise safety compliance.
