Qualifications

• 3+ years of exterior home repair experience (roofing & siding)
• Strong problem-solving ability and independence
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Inspect exterior elements (roofs, siding, windows, doors)
• Assess and recommend repair solutions
• Perform repairs/installations with tools while following safety standards
• Communicate repair needs, processes, and timelines to customers
• Keep job site organized and maintain tools/materials
