Roof Repair Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Roof Repair Technician to join our dedicated team. This position will involve diagnosing and repairing roofing issues while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofing systems to identify and assess problems
• Perform repairs on various types of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal, and flat roofing systems
• Provide customers with detailed explanations of repairs and ongoing maintenance tips
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and effectively
• Maintain a high level of safety on the job site by following company protocols and best practices
• Manage inventory of tools and materials and ensure their proper use and upkeep
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in roofing and home repair fields
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Ability to perform manual labor and work at heights safely
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

Training: All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover transportation, hotel fees, and provide per diem for food.
