Job summary

Freedom Roofing, Windows and Siding LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee installation success on our roofing, siding and window projects. You will lead crews, coordinate scheduling, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

This full-time role requires strong leadership and customer service, with knowledge of roofing materials and safety regulations. You will manage 3–5 customers at once, adapt to changes, and communicate clearly with clients throughout

Qualifications

• Professional customer service skills with strong people skills.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage 3–5 customers simultaneously under deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work nights/weekends as needed.
• Basic computer/data-entry skills; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple installation projects from start to finish, coordinating materials and scheduling.
• Lead installation crews and ensure safety compliance and high performance.
• Conduct site inspections for quality control and code compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and address questions throughout installation.
• Coordinate labor and materials to optimize resources.
