Job summary

New Beginnings Construction, Inc. in Charleston, SC is seeking an Exterior Project Advisor to drive in-home sales across roofing, siding, windows, and insurance restoration. You’ll use AccuLynx/JobNimbus to manage leads, inspect properties, and present estimates on site, initiating the sales cycle with homeowners.

The role offers a paid training base with a path to uncapped commissions, a company truck and full benefits, and a growth‑oriented team focused on integrity and community impact.

Qualifications

• Two to three+ years of sales experience in roofing, windows, home remodeling, or in-home sales.
• Ability to self-generate leads through canvassing, referrals, networking, and storm work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to move to full commission after the training base period.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs, siding, windows, and flashing details in-home.
• Build and present accurate estimates at the home rather than via PDF.
• Meet adjuster on claim-funded work and support supplements.
• Close the job and hand production a complete file and scope verification at start.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline for ongoing opportunities and referrals.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and owners to ensure smooth handoffs.
