Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• No prior exterior sales experience required.
• Physically able to perform inspections and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assist with exterior inspections (siding, roofing, gutters, etc.) to identify potential issues.
• Learn to consult with customers and provide professional recommendations.
• Build relationships with homeowners and ensure a great customer experience.
• Represent Ridgeline professionally, with integrity and a positive attitude.
• Follow up on leads and help move projects through to completion.
