New Beginnings Construction, Inc. in Charleston, SC is seeking an Exterior Project Advisor to drive in-home sales for roofing, siding, and windows with a strong focus on insurance restoration.

The role offers a total compensation package from $100,000 to $225,000, including a paid training base and uncapped commission. You will work with the Sales Manager and owners in a fast-growing company with a track record of awards.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of sales experience in roofing, windows, home remodeling or similar in-home sales.
• Self-generation through canvassing, referral partners, networking, and storm work.
• Comfort carrying a ladder and working on a roof.
• Selling at price with margin, not discounting to close.
• Presenting in home and following up after visits.
• CRM discipline: keep leads, activities, estimates, contracts up to date daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage new leads in AccuLynx and follow up on estimates.
• Inspect roofs, siding, windows, and flashing details; document in CompanyCam and build estimates.
• Present proposals in home and close sales.
• Collaborate with adjusters on claim-funded projects and support supplements.
• Close jobs and hand off to production with complete documentation.
