Job summary

Walmart in Richmond, VA is seeking a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations. This role involves operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and more.

The position requires 1–3 years of power washing/exterior maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work overnight and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in power washing/exterior maintenance.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to work alternate shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipment.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety procedures.
• Respond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned.
