Qualifications

• 1-3 years in power washing/exterior maintenance
• Must have valid state driver’s license and ability to pass MVR
• Ability to work alternative shifts including overnight/weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and related gear
• Assess areas to be cleaned and set appropriate pressure/temperature
• Remove dirt and debris while following safety procedures
• Maintain records and respond to work orders
• Perform safety and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Other facility maintenance duties as assigned
