Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in power washing or exterior maintenance
• Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR
• Willingness to work overnight and weekend shifts
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and related tools
• Assess areas to be cleaned and set appropriate pressure and temperature
• Remove dirt and debris while following safety procedures
• Respond to work orders and maintain accurate records/logs
• Conduct safety and preventive maintenance checks on equipment
• Perform other facility maintenance duties as assigned
