Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Facility Services Technician to operate and maintain exterior pressure washing equipment across Walmart locations, cleaning walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking areas. This hands-on role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work overnight and on weekends.

You will evaluate surfaces, adjust pressure/temperature, and perform routine safety checks while documenting work orders and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry.
• Valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and related tools.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and set appropriate pressure and temperature.
• Remove dirt and debris while following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders and maintain records and logs.
• Perform safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Conduct additional facility maintenance duties as assigned.
