Job summary

Walmart in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Technician in Facility Services to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, cleaning walls, sidewalks, roofs and parking areas across stores. This hands-on role ensures safe, effective exterior cleaning and presentation of our locations.

Qualifications include 1–3 years in power washing/exterior maintenance, a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to work overnight or weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record; able to pass MVR.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipment.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned.
