Walmart is hiring an Overnight Power Wash Technician to clean and maintain the exterior areas of store locations. You will operate pressure washing equipment, determine proper settings, and ensure safe, thorough cleaning of walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in power washing/exterior maintenance.
• Valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to work alternate shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs and other surfaces.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Remove dirt, debris, trash and contaminants from surfaces following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders and maintain accurate records and logs.
• Perform safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Carry out other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned.
