KWPMC Midwest is seeking a Maintenance and Groundskeeper to perform preventative maintenance on association components, care for exterior areas, and handle painting and drywall repairs to keep our property looking neat.

This on-site role requires outdoor work, basic cleaning tasks, reporting maintenance items to the Building Maintenance Department, and adherence to safety procedures. A minimum of two years in groundskeeping or janitorial is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum two (2) years working in groundskeeping or janitorial.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products.
• Ability to react to emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Empty and clean ashtrays, and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Work with Paint and Drywall materials.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors in common areas.
• Keep storage areas and carts clean and tidy.
• Complete all required forms and work orders.
• Inspect common areas to maintain cleanliness and aesthetics.
• Maintain assigned equipment in good condition.
• Remove debris from driveways, garages, and pool areas.
• Wash outdoor walls, ceilings, and woodwork; wax/polish as needed.
• Report maintenance items to Building Maintenance Department.
• Adhere to safety procedures and protect residents and property.
