Job summary

NatureWorks Landscape in Massachusetts is seeking a qualified Enhancements Crew Leader to guide our enhancement projects from start to finish. You will lead a crew, coordinate with the Field Operations Manager, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in landscape construction and 3 years of team leadership, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and possess a MA Hoisting License or be able to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in landscape construction.
• Minimum 3 years as a team leader.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• DOT Medical card or be able to obtain one.
• MA Hoisting License required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute landscape construction practices including bed prep, planting, mulching.
• Manage and motivate crew to deliver quality work within budgeted hours.
• Coordinate daily with the Enhancements Field Operations Manager and plan the next day.
• Load materials and equipment ahead of start date.
• Ensure safety and efficiency on site.
