Job summary

Botanical Designs LLC is seeking a hands-on Landscape Crew Member to oversee exterior maintenance for our accounts. You will lead by example, train crew, and ensure safety, quality, and timely service on each site.

Responsibilities include pruning, mowing, watering, equipment upkeep, and reporting to the Manager. A valid driver’s license and 1–2 years of horticultural experience are required; pesticide license preferred. We offer strong benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of horticultural education or equivalent industry experience.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of pruning, watering, fertilizing, and insect/disease control.
• Experience using standard landscape equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a hands-on approach and train crew members.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks on client properties (trees, shrubs, flowers).
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report accidents, injuries, or issues to the manager promptly.
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
