Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper for The Archer in Acworth, GA. The role supports exterior upkeep, basic maintenance, and resident-facing service to ensure curb appeal and a welcoming environment.

The position requires attention to detail, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions. Experience with tools and a customer-service mindset is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in the use of manual and power tools for landscaping and minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license required (for golf cart operation if applicable).
• Must be customer-service oriented with the ability to interact professionally with residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the property daily, maintaining all common areas and amenities in a neat condition.
• Remove trash and items from vacant units, assist with make-ready process.
• Support basic maintenance by completing routine service requests and minor repairs.
• Collaborate with maintenance on landscaping, snow removal, sweeping, raking, and salting as needed.
• Maintain and inventory landscaping tools and equipment; ensure good working condition.
• Distribute resident communications and notices as directed by property management.
• Report hazards, safety concerns, or dangerous conditions promptly to supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with residents and responding to questions.
