Walmart is seeking an Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator to oversee landscape projects, maintain grounds year‑round, and work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment at 434 S Columbia Ave, Rincon, GA. Duties include mowing, trimming and pruning to keep exteriors pristine and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid state driver’s license
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years for commercial vehicle
• No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years for commercial vehicle
• DOT physical and medical certification required
• 2 years’ landscaping/gardening experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards
• Work with associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols per corporate policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades
