Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Technician for Exterior Services-DOT in Augusta, GA. You will operate and maintain outdoor facilities, manage seasonal tasks, and coordinate with management and third-party providers to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations.

Expected to follow OSHA/EPA guidelines, perform budgeted work, and lead teams while delivering quality service and customer-focused support at the facility.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• No DUIs or reckless driving in last 3 years.
• DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains exterior areas per Walmart guidelines.
• Ensures a safe, clean and healthy work environment for associates.
• Coordinates with management and third-party providers to complete projects.
• Prepares budgets and cost estimates for planned work and purchases.
• Uses heavy machinery and conducts safety checks before/after operations.
• Responds to events (snow, ice, etc.) and maintains facility readiness.
