Job summary

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING in Juno Beach, FL is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and grounds of assigned properties. You will empty trash, clean common areas, operate cleaning equipment, inspect and report maintenance needs, and ensure safety while working outdoors.

The role requires at least two years in groundskeeping or janitorial, knowledge of cleaning products, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years working in groundskeeping or janitorial.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products.
• Must have the ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Empty and clean ashtrays, and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors in common areas using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain storage areas, carts, and equipment.
• Complete all required forms and work orders.
• Inspect common areas to ensure cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
• Report maintenance items to the Building Maintenance Department.
