Job summary

SANDIA RESORT HOTEL is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain parking lots, sidewalks, and exterior resort areas. You will operate cleaning equipment, manage debris, and assist with water features and fountains as needed.

The role requires adherence to safety SOPs, punctual attendance, and the ability to work with a team. Training and background checks are part of the pre-employment process; a valid NM driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Cleans parking lot, parking garage, sidewalks.
• Cleans exterior areas including amphitheater and resort grounds.
• Empties trash cans around exterior areas.
• Operates power washing equipment for exterior areas.
• Picks up trash and debris in exterior areas.
• Operates a parking lot sweeper to clean areas.
• Uses a power blower for exterior cleanup.
• Reports equipment repair needs to supervisor or lead.
• Assists with ice melt during inclement weather.
• Follows SOPs and safety protocols.
• Notifies supervisor of maintenance or hazardous issues.
