Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Groundskeeper to uphold the resort grounds to the highest standards, supporting overall resort operations and guest experiences.

You will perform daily grounds maintenance, monitor irrigation systems, assist with planting and landscape tasks, and ensure walkways, parking areas and loading zones remain clean and safe for guests and team members. This role requires a proactive, team-minded professional who can work independently and communicate effectively with guests,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort grounds on a daily basis.
• Assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
• Monitor water/sprinkler systems and ensure peak efficiency.
• Keep roadways, parking areas, walkways and refuse areas free of litter.
• Ensure safety and report items needing repair or maintenance.
