Job summary

Castle Hot Springs in Morristown, AZ seeks four full-time, temporary Groundskeepers to maintain resort grounds using hand and power tools. Responsibilities include sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, weeding and raking. They will also remove debris and manage trash, reporting to the Director of Property Operations.

Three months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club is required. On-the-job training is provided; travel is not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort grounds using hand and power tools/equipment
• Perform sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, weeding, and raking
• Walk grounds to remove debris and empty trash cans with tools and bags
• Report to the Director of Property Operations
• Three months of experience maintaining grounds at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required
• On-the-job training provided, travel not required, start Dec 1 2026 and end Jun 30 2027
