Qualifications

• DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire.
• Ability to read and speak in English.
• 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain exterior facilities and equipment.
• Comply with OSHA/EPA guidelines and Walmart Exterior Service policies.
• Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and cost control.
• Coordinate with management and third-party providers for quality work.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for associates.
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance and snow/ice management.
